		<description>I recently went to the Ballston location and they were great! Both of the girls there really knew what they were talking about- a little pushy with the lotion but I&#039;m glad i got it, because it smells great and I&#039;m already seeing great results. I love the 10 minute beds and i love the versa spray tan too! They really are so nice in there and know my name already, always very happy and love to talk with me. It doesn&#039;t just make me feel like another customer, will be there for as long as i tan!!</description>

		<description>All the staff at the Tenley-Friendship location have been so friendly and welcoming to me in the past month and a half.  They suggestive sell and told me about the packages you offer from the first visit.  They also informed me of the best lotion and routine I should follow to get the best tanning results.  After about 2 weeks all the staff knew me by name.  Caroline in particular has been very helpful and explained all the tanning methods you offer.  She was very professional and polite.  The location is clean and the service is excellent.</description>

		<description>I have never gone tanning before.  I went to the Montgomery Village Olney MD site.  The place was empty.  But the woman behind the counter was so busy eating her ice cream and watching something on the computer that I felt as though I was disturbing her.  I told her I was new and asked what the difference in the tanning beds were.  She said &quot;nothing.&quot;  I asked her if I should wear lotion and she said &quot;if you want.&quot;  I told her I don&#039;t know because I have never done tanning and if she could tell me.  She said &quot;do you want a bronzer?&quot;  Again, being new, I have no clue what that means, which I told her again.  She grabbed a packet of lotion and I aksed if I could buy something larger.  She said &quot;you mean like in a bottle or something?&quot;  I looked around to see if I was on some prank show because her demeanor was so off.  I asked her how many minutes I should go in.  She said &quot;the maximum is 10 minutes.&quot;  I said okay, what does that mean to a new tanner?  Stay the whole 10 or cut it in half.  She said &quot;if you want.&quot;  I asked her what to do when I get in the room.  She said &quot;push the button.&quot;  Wow!  I went into the room and there were goggles for my eyes, a towel, earphones, etc.  She never mentioned any of this stuff.  When I was finished, I walked out and she was still sitting and eating her ice cream and watching something on the computer.  She never looked up, did not say goodbye, did not ask if everything worked out okay, how was my first time - NOTHING.  This girl sucks in customer service.  It would appear to me that Solar Planet doesn&#039;t really care whether their clients come back.  Maybe they have billions of dollars and don&#039;t need customers.  Who knows.  I do know they will not get my business again, and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of Solar Planet.  What a shame.</description>

		<description>I am a longstanding customer who regularly purchases an expensive tanning package at the Alexandria--Old Towm location.  Today, the young man at the counter tells me that despite only using it once, my package expired 4 days ago.  As a customer goodwill gesture, he could have let me tan a last time.  Instead, he had a &quot;prissy&quot; attitude.  He should be demoted to just cleaning the beds.  He does not have the people skills to be out at the front counter.  I doubt your business will stay healthy when you are loosing regular customers like me because of employees like this.</description>

She did not ask if she could help me and rudely said &quot;So are you just walking in?&quot;  When I asked her a question she replying with a short, curt answer and had no interest in helping me.  When I was done with my tan I wanted some information on buying a packing.  I thought her job was to sell?  Well she pointed to the paper with the prices on it and did not help me at all.  She made no eye contact and acted completely uninterested.  She then asked me &quot;how old are you?&quot; sarcastically.  I replied with my age and she didn&#039;t say anything so I asked why that was relevant and again she rudely answered &quot;because you HAVE TO BE a certain age to tan.&quot; That&#039;s when I asked her her name and manger&#039;s name because her attitude was unacceptable.  She laughed and went back to whatever she was doing on the desk ... not working.  I said I would like to know her and name and manager. 		<description>The Reston location is convenient for me.  The staff are always pleasant. I do appreciate the two weeks of unlimited tanning prices, which was the reason I first went with this business. I just needed a little color before a trip and it did the trick. Some of the beds seem to be in need of a bulb change though. A few of the days, I felt I didn&#039;t get the color I should have for the amount of time I was in the beds. Overall, I am very pleased with this location.</description>

		<description>Showed up at the Dupont location this morning to find that no one was there. There is no sign indicating a reason for them not being open this morning. I waited for over 15 minutes past the posted open time and no one ever showed up. It is not well past eight and there is still no one asnwering the phone. Very poor service considering I am a new customer. Not so sure I want to continue my services if this is the type of thing I can come to expect on a regular basis... Not happy at all.</description>
