Showed up at the Dupont location this morning to find that no one was there. There is no sign indicating a reason for them not being open this morning. I waited for over 15 minutes past the posted open time and no one ever showed up. It is not well past eight and there is still no one asnwering the phone. Very poor service considering I am a new customer. Not so sure I want to continue my services if this is the type of thing I can come to expect on a regular basis… Not happy at all.
The Reston location is convenient for me. The staff are always pleasant. I do appreciate the two weeks of unlimited tanning prices, which was the reason I first went with this business. I just needed a little color before a trip and it did the trick. Some of the beds seem to be in need of a bulb change though. A few of the days, I felt I didn’t get the color I should have for the amount of time I was in the beds. Overall, I am very pleased with this location.
